You don’t need the same story to start
Does this sound like you?
Stopping an old behaviour can leave a question behind: how do I live differently now? You can begin with one part of your life, rather than trying to solve everything.
01
“I’ve stopped. I still feel lost.”
You want to understand who you are beyond drinking or using, and what comes next.
02
“My head won’t slow down.”
Plans pile up. Tasks feel hard to start. You want routines that work with your everyday difficulties.
03
“I keep repeating the pattern.”
You notice the same triggers, avoidance or impulsive decisions, but struggle to choose a different response.
04
“I want to trust myself again.”
You want stronger boundaries, steadier habits and small promises you can keep.
I didn't create this because I had life figured out. I created it because I had to rebuild mine.
I'm Jamie. I struggled with ADHD from childhood and started using drugs around age 12. I became a chef, a business owner and a dad to two boys. At times life looked successful from the outside. Inside, I was struggling.
After losing my mum, my drinking and drug use escalated. My relationships and mental health suffered, and I reached a point where I tried to end my life. I survived, went through treatment and began the difficult work of understanding myself.
Stopping substances mattered. So did learning to recognise my patterns, deal with grief, rebuild trust and ask for help. I'm still doing that work. AFTER BEFORE shares practical reflections from that experience for anyone who needs a place to begin.
A clear digital journey: reset what is not working, rebuild the foundations, then keep the tools that support you.

REBUILT
Choose a starting route for recovery, ADHD or both. Build from an honest baseline into triggers, emotional responses, identity, daily systems and your next chapter. Every stage connects reflection to a practical action.
Read a lesson, open the reflection box, then choose one small action. This interactive sample shows the rhythm of REBUILT; it is not a screenshot of the members’ area.
No app download is required.
Written answers save in the same browser when storage is available.
Return using the same device and browser. Clearing website data can remove your answers.
Both paths lead to the same £59 REBUILT programme. If you’re unsure, try the free reset first.

I'm developing a limited 1-to-1 space for people who want personal support as they make changes in their lives.
We'll focus on honest reflection, practical next steps and accountability, drawing on the ideas behind AFTER BEFORE and my own lived experience. I'm still shaping how it will work, and I'll share the details here when they're ready.
This will be coaching and mentoring, not counselling, addiction treatment or crisis support.
More of my story
There was a before. I'm still building what comes after.
For years I thought alcohol and drugs were the whole problem. I was also using them to cope with things I didn't understand.
My mum did her best for me while carrying struggles of her own. I left school young and found substances that seemed to quiet my ADHD thoughts. As an adult I built a career in kitchens, ran businesses and became a father. Work, loss and relationship breakdowns took their toll, and I kept turning to the same ways of escaping.
My mum's death changed everything. After a crisis and time in hospital, I had to face the hurt underneath my behaviour. Recovery has meant learning about myself, repairing relationships and taking responsibility for what I can change. My boys are back in my life, and I'm building stability again.
I don't have every answer, and I'm not a therapist. These tools are built from lived experience to help you pause, reflect and take a practical next step. You don't need to have my story to begin.
Meet yourself where you are, without shame or performance.
02
Build practically

Keep becoming
Progress is not a finish line. It is a way of moving forward.
Questions, answered
Before you begin.
What exactly do I get for £59?
Eight modules and 45 guided lessons in the REBUILT members’ area, with practical exercises, expandable written reflections and lifetime personal access under the terms. It is one payment. Addiction and ADHD content are both included.
Do I need to be sober already?
There is no sobriety milestone required to read the educational material. REBUILT is for reflection and rebuilding, not detox or withdrawal management. If you may be alcohol-dependent, get medical advice before stopping suddenly. Read NHS alcohol guidance.
Is it only about alcohol?
No. The opening module covers addiction and substances more broadly. The rest explores ADHD, patterns, emotional responses, identity, relationships, routines and purpose.
What if I have ADHD but no addiction history?
You are welcome to use the ADHD and rebuilding material. The addiction module is clearly separated. You can choose the lessons relevant to you; the programme does not diagnose ADHD or prescribe treatment.
Is REBUILT therapy?
No. Jamie shares lived experience and educational self-reflection tools. REBUILT is not counselling, medical treatment or a substitute for professional care, and it has not been presented as clinically approved.
What if I’m overwhelmed or fall behind?
There are no deadlines or compulsory daily streaks. Begin with one lesson or one prompt. Pause when you need to and return at your own pace.
Can I use it entirely on my phone?
Yes, through your mobile browser. You can read lessons and expand the written answer boxes. Keep using the same browser for saved written answers; a native app is not required.
How do saving and privacy work?
Written reflections save locally in the same browser when storage is available. They are not a cross-device backup. Anyone who can use your unlocked browser may be able to see them, and clearing website data can erase them. Account and access information is processed by the course provider. Read the privacy notice.
Do I have to complete it in order?
No. Start with an honest snapshot, then follow the recovery, ADHD or combined route. Read the relevant safety guidance first. Revisit or focus on useful lessons at your own pace.
How long does it take?
There is no fixed completion deadline. Set aside a manageable period for one lesson and its exercise, then practise the action before continuing. The free reset is designed around roughly 15 minutes a day.
What happens after I pay?
Checkout is through Stripe. Access is sent to the email used at checkout within 24 hours. Check spam and promotions folders too. The start-here guide explains the next steps and what to do if the email is missing.
Not yet. The smaller toolkits and separate ADHD resource are in development. The free 7-Day Reset and complete £59 REBUILT programme are the current offers.
