1. Who operates AFTER BEFORE
AFTER BEFORE is a trading name of The Chef Choice Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14268835.

2. What you will receive

“Lifetime access” means access for the commercial life of the programme and its supporting platform. If the platform must close, reasonable notice and a practical way to retain any available downloads will be provided where possible.
3. Ordering and payment
- Review the programme description, total price, technical requirements and these terms.
- Select “Buy REBUILT · £59” to open the secure Stripe checkout.
- Enter and check your details and the £59 total before confirming payment.
- Receive Stripe's payment confirmation, followed by your programme access email within 24 hours.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. AFTER BEFORE does not receive your complete card number. Buying REBUILT does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
4. Digital delivery and access
The access link will be sent manually within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Check your spam folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, email info@afterbefore.co.uk from the purchase address.
Access is personal to the purchaser. Login details and course files must not be shared, resold, copied for another person or made publicly available.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your REBUILT purchase within 14 days of the order date by emailing us. During this launch process, we will honour that 14-day cancellation request even if your access link has already been sent.
This promise is additional to your statutory rights. Full details and a model cancellation form are available on the cancellations and refunds page.
6. Faults, refunds and statutory rights
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described. If it is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Technical issues should be reported to info@afterbefore.co.uk with the purchase email and a description of the problem.
7. Educational and wellbeing boundary
AFTER BEFORE provides educational self-reflection tools based on lived experience. It does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, detoxification advice or emergency support. Do not delay seeking professional help because of anything in the programme.
8. Website use, intellectual property and law
The site and programme content belong to their respective rights holders and are supplied for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, or reproduce substantial parts of the content.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where the operator is established, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
