1. The 14-day cancellation period

For a distance contract, a consumer generally has 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. Digital content is treated differently once supply begins with the customer’s express agreement and acknowledgement.

2. Access during the cancellation period

Your access link is normally sent within 24 hours. During this launch process, AFTER BEFORE will still honour a cancellation request made within 14 days of purchase even if access has already been supplied.

This is a voluntary promise in addition to, and not a replacement for, any cancellation or digital-content rights the law gives you.

3. Faulty or misdescribed digital content

The loss of the cooling-off right does not remove your statutory rights. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described. If it is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits a right that consumer law does not allow a business to exclude.

4. How to make a request

Email info@afterbefore.co.uk, or write to AFTER BEFORE, The Chef Choice Limited, 650 Anlaby Road, Hull, England, HU3 6UU. A request should include:

• the purchaser’s name and purchase email;
• the product and order date;
• whether the request is a cancellation or concerns a fault;
• for a fault, a short description and any helpful screenshot.

Where a refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and normally within 14 days of agreeing that it is payable, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. No refund fee will be charged.
